Incentive Compensation

  • Organization Objectives - Review the recent financial performance of the organization, the budget and any strategic planning material that has been developed.

  • Two Incentive Compensation Plans - Design an incentive compensation plan for senior management and an incentive compensation plan for middle management and support staff.  The format for each plan will focus on attainment of both individual and organization objectives.  Each plan will be designed to share a portion of the unbudgeted profits with staff members in proportion to the degree to which they achieve their individual objectives and contribute to the attainment of this additional profitability.
