Strategic Planning

  • Compile and review organization charts, business activity reports, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Derive input from directors, officers and employees concerning relevant issues for discussion during the strategic planning conference.  

  • Compile and analyze data concerning a customized peer group.

  • Provide the format for a strategic planning conference and serving as the facilitator for this meeting.

  • Establish the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Review the position papers which are developed concerning each objective and comment on potential improvements. 

  • Assist with developing the implementation timeline.
